希望有能力創造環境的人，就算只是有預算發案的人，能理解這樣的做法會有多大的影響。

台灣軟體外包案一發出，沒有出可接受的App規劃、完整的規格、現成的API，請問是要怎麼報價呢？更不要說規格千奇百怪了！但如果只靠接案收入，我又能說什麼呢？

網站已經走過一遭，App又要一次！我們一定要想辦法走出台灣，去找新天地！
